PZ Cussons is a well-known multinational company with a long history of producing soap and cosmetics is looking for additional qualified individuals to join our company in the manufacturing development team for the following position:

HSE : Health and Safety Environment Manager (Jakarta Raya - Factory, Tangerang)

Key Accountabilities :

* Maintain and Upgrade the Safety Programme of the Site to comply OHSAS 18001
* Compliance of our systems with the Company’s Safety Rules
* Train the Employees to Company’s Safety Systems

Person Specification :

* The candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
* Education: Minimal S1, Graduated from Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Process Engineer.
* Min 1-2 years experience in HSE Role ( preferably FMCG )


Technical/Professional Experience:

* Excellent communication Skills, able to train and educate people
* English fluently is a must (Written and Spoken)
* Good reporting skills and presentation Skills
* Certified in Health and Safety Environment (Ahli K3 from Depnaker) is a must
* Having knowledge in Management Risks
* Familiar with OHSAS 18001
