In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill in the following position :

Safety, Health, and Environmental Manager


Requirements:

* More than 10 years experience in mining industry
* Excellent communication skill of both English and Bahasa Indonesia,
* Experience in monitors activities to ensure adherence to all safety procedures, identifying and evaluating occupational and make recommendations for control or elimination of hazards.
* Experience in training personnel in Safety, Health and Environmental Management System.
* Facillitation and strategic influencing skills and Sound regulatory knowledge in mining industry and general SHE requirements.
* Good project management skills.
* Ability to structure highly complex technical and legislative information to allow commercially relevant decisions to be formulated.
* Ability to influence a broad cross section of business personnel
* Preferably hold of any certificates from Direktorat Jenderal Mineral, Batubara dan Panas Bumi
* Result Orientation, Strategic thingking & influencing, Initiative, and Self Development
