Responsibilities:
• Primary Objectives:
o To be responsible for the tasks in the implementation of health, safety and environment procedures and practices within company.
o To continuously review the company business process, based on people productivity, service achievement, and cost efficiency, and propose improvement on all functional departments.
o To develop process maps and verify operational procedures for both external (revenue paying) and internal (company department) customers.
o To review, evaluate, and make recommended improvements to company information systems in order to improve information accuracy, system reliability and package control.
o To effect the smooth implementation of new initiatives by providing leadership and management of new projects and system/operational changes.
o To be an internal quality auditor for the implementation of quality and/or health safety environment procedures, processes, and ISO certifications, including ongoing re-certification and weekly quality compliance reporting.
o To assist or act as facilitator in every departmental initiative on process changing in order to give technical expertise and evaluate the effect on total business process.
o To improve service, reduce costs and increase efficiency in all Departments, with particular emphasis on Operations.

• Duties & Responsibilities:
o To develop and formalize process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments in coordination and alignment with the department/group managers and supervisors.
o To develop and formalize operating plans and procedures for customers in coordination and alignment within all departments.
o To compile and provide data on key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop monthly reports measuring KPIs for distribution throughout management teams.
o To assist in analysis and root causes of service failures and work with relevant group to improve service quality and confirm implementation of preventive action.
o To participate and take an active role in reviewing and assessing procedures of each department to verify processes are efficient and the appropriate number of resources (human and capital) is allocated to required activities.
o Perform time-and-motion studies to improve efficiency in all departments.
o To participate in the continual review and assessment of information systems and recommend upgrades and improvements to match required procedures, or modify procedures to match information system requirements (whichever is necessary).
o To be an internal quality auditor and part of the implementation and compliance team for ISO 9000:2000 certification, including SOP drafting, Internal Quality Audit (IQA) training and performance, External Quality Audit (EQA) coordination and monitoring, feedback and follow-up for EQA-identified non-compliances, and continual management for semi-annual IQAs/EQAs.
o To support establishing Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and provide compliance review and corrective action.
o Develop SOPs for all vendors and implement weekly compliance reports, monitor implementation of preventive action.
o To benchmark with other firm in the industry to suggest and advice best practices in all departments.
o To gather and organize data for review, improvement and development analysis.
o Perform other tasks as required by management.
o Provide technical training to field personnel through workshop and one-on-one session in area such as operations, management information system, contingency planning, productivity and cost effectiveness.

Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Science & Technology, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
o Preferred skill(s): ISO9001:2000 and OHSAS18000:1999, Ahli K3 Umum.
o Required language(s): English.
o Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
