Our group is one of the world-largest natural resources based companies with operations in Indonesian archipelagos. One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

HSE Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)



Responsibilities:
• Assist HSE Manager in achieving the company goal on Environmental matters, such as : Maintain ISO 14001 certification & Better Proper Achievement
• Assist Field Management in controlling Operational Environmental Risk
• Assist HSE System & Promotion Section Head in Maintaining the company Environmental Management System (EMS) & encouraging Environmental awareness to all employees
• Maintain good relationship with the company stake holder (Government, Owners, & Other KKKS) dealing with Environmental Issues.
• Coordinate Environmental monitoring as stated in RKL/RPL
• Organize the company environmental Audit Internal & External
• Prepare Environmental report to be submitted to Government (KLH, Bapedalda, Migas) & Owners
• Assist Field Management in solving any environmental issue encountered during operation
• Assist operation in conducting Environmental Risk Assessment at their work place
• Coordinate in dissemintaing all appropriate information relate to Environmental issue as : Government regulation, Standard, Procedure, and Best Practices

Requirements:
• Hold S1 Degree in Environmental Engineering or related with minimum GPA 2.75 in related discipline is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in oil & gas or mining industry.
• Extensive experiences in Environmental Management System, AMDAL, Hazardous Material & Waste Handling, Conservation of Resources, Risk Management.
• Understanding and able to apply local, national and international legislation and regulation. Experience in inspection, audit, reporting (such as ISO 14001 audit), land rehabilitation, GHG, and oil spill response Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude
• Having knowledge on GHG reduction or CDM related to oil & gas industry.
• Must be strong to environmental guidelines, good presentation and leadership.
• Strong experience on PHSER, HAZOP and Environmental screening related to oil & gas industry.
• Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
• Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
• Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
